See every run of a workflow at a glance
When the same workflow is running for a dozen customers, projects, or periods at once, the summary view lines them all up in a single grid — steps down the side, runs across the top — so you can see what's done, what's late, and who's on the hook without opening a single run.

Stop chasing status one run at a time
Opening ten runs to find the two that are behind doesn't scale. The summary view turns "how are all our onboardings going?" into a single screen you can read in seconds — and the late ones stand out on their own.
- Open each run separately to check on it
- Late steps hide until someone complains
- "Who's handling this one?" over and over
- Every active run in one scannable grid
- Overdue steps flagged in red automatically
- Highlight a person to see their tasks
From a pile of runs to one clear picture
Open the summary view
From any workflow, jump to its runs in progress. Every active run of that workflow lines up as a column, with the workflow's steps down the left — header steps and substeps included.
Read the grid
Each cell shows where that step stands in that run — done, overdue, still to do, skipped, or not applicable — and every run carries its own on-time, due-soon, or overdue status up top. Hover any cell for the assignee, the due date, and any data collected.
Act right there
Complete a step, assign it, set a due date, or skip it without leaving the grid — or complete one step across every visible run at once. The view refreshes as work happens.
Every status, colour-coded
The grid speaks in glances. Each step cell tells you where that step stands in that run, and every run carries its own overall status — on time, due soon, or overdue — so the columns that need attention pull your eye immediately. Steps that a run's conditional logic turned off simply read N/A, so you're never chasing work that doesn't apply.
A step, in each run
The run overall
- Who it's assigned to
- The step's due date
- Any data captured on that step
Spot one person's work across every run
Pick a teammate from Highlight assignments and their steps light up right across the grid — so a manager can see everything on one person's plate, and each teammate can zero in on what's theirs. Every run also shows its participants, tags, and settings up top, so context is always one glance away.
- Highlight any account member — their assigned steps stand out in every column at once.
- See participants and tags per run without opening it.
- Reassign or set a due date on a step straight from its cell.

Move a step forward everywhere at once
Sent the same reminder to every client today? Use the row's complete this step in all visible runs action and Manifestly ticks it off across the whole grid in one go. Runs where the step is already done, still needs data, or is out of your permission are safely left as-is.
- Complete one step across every run currently shown.
- Filter first, then bulk-complete only the runs that match.
- Steps that require data or aren't yours to complete are skipped, never forced.

Show exactly the runs you care about
Sort the columns and filter the grid down to the runs that matter right now.
Sort the columns
Order runs by when they started, when they're due, or by title — ascending or descending — so the most urgent columns sit up front.
Filter the runs
Narrow to just the runs you need — by title, when they started, late status, who a step is assigned to, tags, department, or Slack channel.
Always the live picture
The grid reflects work as it happens. As teammates complete steps — in the app, over email, in Slack or Teams — their cells update, so the summary view is a status board you can leave open, not a snapshot you have to refresh in your head.
- Cells reflect completions and due-date changes as they come in.
- Lots of runs? Paging keeps the grid fast and readable.
- Header steps collapse so you can focus on one section at a time.
A teammate checks off "Kickoff call" in the run — the cell flips to green in the summary view without anyone reloading anything.
