Filter down to exactly what matters

Layer filters onto a widget until it shows only the slice you care about. As you set them, Manifestly builds the widget’s title for you — so “Runs” constrained to Late, the Facilities department, and you simply reads My Late Runs in Facilities.

Yes. Admins can share a widget with entire departments or with specific users. It’s delivered to their dashboards automatically, stays read-only for recipients, and updates in place whenever the admin edits the original. New teammates in a shared department receive it too.

No. A shared widget respects each recipient’s own visibility, so everyone sees only the runs, steps, and other records they already have access to. If a filter isn’t valid for a particular user, that user is simply skipped.
